I allowed my ex (the father of my kids) to move into my apartment in March. The only reason I agreed is because he broke one of his ankles 3 days after he and his roommates got evicted from their apartment. We verbally agreed at that time that when he was back on his feet he would willingly leave. Here it is almost 7 months later, he's been back on his feet for several months now. He's not on the lease in any shape form or fashion. I don't have the money in order to go to court and legally evict him that way. He is causing emotional stress on top of financial strain that I wouldn't be having were he not in my home. I verbally informed him on July 5th, 2010 that he had one month to find someplace else to go. He did agree with this arrangement at that time, and he's still refusing to leave. I was wondering what other courses of action can I take in order to get him out of my apartment? Please help me.
